Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. You may return an item if:

• It does not match the description.
• You received the wrong product.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

Returns can be made either by mail or in-store:

🔹 In-Store: Bring the item and proof of purchase to our store, where our team will assist you with the return process.

Return Shipping Costs

We do not charge return processing fees. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
